OC 3rd XI v The School 3rd XI

Result: 4-1

It was very much a case of schooling the school on Saturday as the OC 3's recorded the first win of their new campaign, making us unbeaten this season with a 100% win ratio thus far. The skipper's innovative new formation of 4-2-3-1 proved far too effective against a young 3rd XI school side. Mark Jackson impressed up top with a great brace, his first an early contender for goal of the season and a solid header for his second after a perfectly judged cross from the attractive JJ Williams capped off a great day for the young striker. Williams and Kibbey made it 4 before Ben "Calamity" Moss handed the school a consolation goal with some truly aweful goalkeeping.

Well done all round lads. But now it's the real thing. Chigwell at home on Saturday. Get ready to rumble.
